As one of our clients, you can now manage your staff rotas with person-centered care at the forefront. uRosterCare is hassle-free and streamlines this task for you. It is multi-faceted and has a plethora of features to suit every staff management style/need.

Coordinate your employees by assigning runs and tasks. Your carers in the field can submit feedback and incidents to you in the office via their mobile app to keep you up to date. You can also send them updates to their individual schedule without needing to publish full rotas to multiple employees every time you make a change.

You'll have confidence in knowing you are able to roster suitable staff with the integration into our sister company uCheck. The results of employees' DBS and Right to Work checks submitted on the HR Platform will automatically appear on the uRosterCare system on the relevant employee's profile.

This means you'll be notified when a screening check has been completed and the result will be available directly on the employee's profile.

Utilising the link with uCheck, your organisation can become or remain a uCheck client – meaning you'll still benefit from the expert knowledge of uCheck's client support team.


Cloud Based

Not always in the office? No problem! You'll have quick, easy and secure access to the system when out in the field. With our cloud-based software there's no need to feel constrained to a single computer or laptop.

We've worked extensively to ensure that our system is secure to allow you to benefit from storage of data within the cloud. This also adds an extra level of protection for you, by ensuring that data is backed up so you're not reliant on the hard drive of one PC.

With data storage in the cloud, you can complete all of the actions on the move, including care plans, risk assessment, rostering and more. Secure log-ins unique to each individual and full auditing means you can view who has taken each action.


CQC Compliance

uRoster have worked with CQC consultants to ensure the system can help providers store, manage and report on data meeting key CQC requirements.

uRosterCare has been designed with the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) as a framework, meaning the data fields, reports and actions available to you to complete, record and report on throughout the system should help evidence outstanding practice.

Person-centered care is important to us and we want to make sure our system helps you deliver this. That's why as well as evidencing key compliance measures, we've included features such as voice recording consent, mood trackers and the ability to record events important to your clients so you can help achieve a person-centered approach to care.

Simplistic in design, uRoster can be used with ease by everyone. You don't need to be a wizard with technology to find your way around - there will be helpful guides and FAQs available so you will have confidence in using every part of the system.

Our mobile app for carers has also been designed with ease of use in mind, making it easy and quick for carers to record the work they have done without creating an unnecessary burden for them. Quick recording of notes, incidents and updates means they can have more time to build bonds with the people they care for and get them involved in providing feedback on their care.
